PXT Select is a talent assessment tool from Wiley that helps organizations make smarter hiring decisions by measuring a candidate’s cognitive abilities, behavioral traits, and interests. It provides data-driven insights to identify candidates who are the best fit for a role and supports better selection, onboarding, and employee development.

Website Brand Design

My transformation for the brand was focusing more on the people aspect of the product. The goal is to find the perfect fit for the position you need to fill. My goal was to create imagery of people happy in their role and attempt to limit the amount of personal view or bias that viewers can apply to the candidates. The product aims to take these negative aspects out of the process so my emphasis was to take those out of the marketing and design of the brand itself.
